It provides off-the-shelf durability, cross-device synchronization, and secure multi-agent collaboration—all while maintaining absolute cryptographic privacy. The server never sees your decryption keys, plaintext payloads, or raw embedding vectors.

[!NOTE] Because all payloads are encrypted client-side using your local Data Encryption Key (DEK) before transmission, data residency choice only affects network latency. Even under physical seizure or local compromise of the server hosting region, your cleartext remains cryptographically inaccessible.
