FAQ
Q: Is there any monthly fee?
A: No. But the Standard Vault includes an annual Network Assurance fee ($49/year) to cover proof-of-life monitoring. The Perpetual and Institutional plans are 100% subscription-free (Endowment Model).
Q: What if I need more storage?
A: You can expand your storage allocation at any time by paying the current one-time market rate for Arweave storage.
Q: Is it refundable?
A: Because Arweave storage is immutable and paid instantly to the network, we cannot refund the storage portion of the endowment once data is written. However, we offer a 30-day "satisfaction guarantee" on the Network Assurance portion of our higher tiers.
